2/3 cup trader joe mango passion granola
1.5 cups polish yoghurt
1 cup blueberries
small handful of cherry tomatoes
two bowls of squash casserole
4 orange chocolates
small serving of cucumber and tomato salad
giardia’s goats cheese and pasta (greens, parmesan, 3 sundried tomatoes, goats cheese, 1.5 cups of dried pasta cooked)
orange cream icecream.

Playing cards, so difficult to track.
Usually sour cream dips, raw vege crudites, crackers, chips.
I drink water or plain seltzer water throughout, no soft drink (don’t like soda, which is lucky! I don’t find it thirst quenching.)
Usually a dessert with cream or icecream.

cake type plain donut with sugar (in the office)
2/3 cup granola, polish yoghurt
2 bananas
2 fruit leathers (trader joes, approx 45 cals each)
3 squares Ghiradelli dark chocolate with toasted almonds and toffee slivers. 190 cals
(3 pieces = 13g fat, sat fat 7g, cholesterol 10mg, sodium 50mg, carbs 23g, fibre 2g, sugars 19g, protein 2g, vit A 2%, calcium 2%, iron 10%)
small sampling of jelly bellies
small portion of home made beef stroganoff, fingerling potatoes and pathmark organic microwaved veges.
1/2 vitamin drink (poured half of the bottle into sport drink container diluted with water) (62.5 calories)
salad with small handful of mixed nuts, romaine lettuce blend, cucumber, tomato, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 oz cheddar grated cheddar
