breakfast – porridge with milk & sugar
snack – part of candy cane, 4 slices american cheese
lunch – 2 slices white bread, turkey slices, carrots, lettuce, cheese with mayo. extra carrots and tablespoon blue cheese dip. small plate of chips (crisps). Cup tea with milk and 1/2 sugar. homemade chocolate bikkie.
dinner – small bowl of chicken chickpea noodle and kale soup (homemade). mini toblerone pieces – 9

2 fruit leathers (trader joes, approx 45 cals each)

salad with small handful of mixed nuts, romaine lettuce blend, cucumber, tomato, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 oz cheddar grated cheddar
