Up at 9:55AM, walking by 10AM.
1 mile – 24.5 minutes on treadmill – between 1 and 3PMPH, 150 calories
Breakfast : 11:00 AM
2 slices Arnold high fibre bread (220 cals)
2 tspsns olivio (approx 60 cals)
1/2 can Heinz baked beans
glass seltzer water 0 cals
piece of Darrell Lea licorice (25 cals)
Breakfast – 305 cals
mug of tropical tea (no sugar/milk)
9 quaker cheddar rice quakes – 35 calories (tonne of salt though – 200 mg!)
1 Lindt chocolate square 50 cals
1 packet peanut butter crackers 220 cals
5 gobstoppers (30 cals)
2 mints – 20 cals
Left over omelette from Sunday (eggs, cheese, cream, mushrooms, tomato sauce, onions), sliced whole tomato, handful of spinach – probably about 500-600 cals
6 squares of peppermint bark – 315 calories
Total calories for the day – 1575
