Another late night walk. Spent the day working on a $100K grant for the Theatre, and some day-job work I didn’t get done on Thursday, because I was working on some of the grant stuff then.

We finished up around 9:45, called the Texas Roadhouse, found out they were open until 11, and floored it home. Tossed the cats inside, fed them, went out and ate large chunks of meat and ribs, wandered over to Pathmark to pick up a Toys R Us gift card and a birthday card for our nephew who’s 9. The card made me laugh out loud, a velvet covered black and white spotted cow, with holes for the other spots. Inside it said “Holy Cow! It’s your Birthday!”. Cheesy, tacky, tactile and fun, the perfect card.

By the time we got home, and got out of the car to go walking, it was on the dot of 11PM. We got back around 11:30. Slightly faster walk tonight, because I didn’t go in to get a jumper, and froze! It got down to 41 degrees, completely freezing. Cold weather=great for walking.

The pedometer says 3549 steps, or 1.12 miles.
