Breakfast: breakfast: around 11:30, 2/3 cup Trader Joe’s Passionfruit/Mango granola, one cup Polish 2% yoghurt. (approx. 350 calories; 240 granola, 120 for yoghurt)
Lunch leftover salad from Sunday’s Father’s Day Lunch. 1 serving cheezits 160 calories for 27 wee squares
snack: 2 squares Ghiradelli dark chocolate with toasted almonds and toffee slivers. 125 cals (3 pieces are 190),
(3 pieces = 13g fat, sat fat 7g, cholesterol 10mg, sodium 50mg, carbs 23g, fibre 2g, sugars 19g, protein 2g, vit A 2%, calcium 2%, iron 10%)
